Students must adhere to the following terms & conditions in order to participate in Steelbound activities.

  1. Stichting Steelbound cannot be held liable for lost and/or damaged gear and/or personal items.
  2. Steelbound gear is reserved for the students participating in the Introduction Course. Regular students may borrow gear per lesson if there is enough, but the general expectation exists that students will eventually invest in their own gear.
  3. H.E.M.A.-bond membership is mandatory for all Steelbound students, teachers, and volunteers. A H.E.M.A.-bond sign-up request will be submitted for each student upon completion of the Introduction Course, if they decide to continue training with Steelbound. 
  4. Tuition fee is due on the 1st day of each month. Pricing is as follows:
    1. 1 class per week; 28 euros 
    1. 2 classes per week; 45 euros 
  5. In order to register with Steelbound, prospective students have to send a sign-up email before the 14th of the month preceding the desired start date. For example: to start per April 1st, the sign-up email has to be sent before March 14th.
  6. Formal classes follow the academic year, from September to June. Tuition is continuous throughout the year. In July and August, the weekly class times are reserved for self-directed training.
  7. Under normal circumstances, students cannot pause tuition. Formal events are pay-per-play, prices will differ per event. 
  8. Once a student has missed 2 consecutive tuition payments, they will automatically be suspended. The student will still owe the outstanding payments after suspension.
  9. To terminate their tuition agreement, students have to send an email to info@steelbound.nl. 
  10. The termination email has to be sent before the 14th of the month preceding the desired end date. For example: to stop per April 1st, the termination email has to be sent before March 14th.
  11. Students must be 18 years old or older.
  12. Students will have completed a Steelbound Introduction Course.
  13. Spectators are not allowed during classes. They are welcome to visit us at our public events or join our Introduction Courses as students.

Unless communicated otherwise, all activities are held at Sportcampus Zuiderpark in The Hague:
